We were thrilled when we met this creative pair and knew from our first meeting, we were going to be able to collaborate on something amazing! The brief we were given was an American inspired homestead barn style home. Our clients wanted ample space all centred around their ultimate passions; cooking and entertaining. We were tasked with creating an indoor/outdoor kitchen feel and amongst a number of other elaborate features was a large bespoke and custom made pizza oven. This expansive 460 square meters of livable area home featured four enormous bedrooms with a guest suite on the ground floor, and master walk in robe the size of and media room. Our clients love playing golf and with the land backing onto the Peregian Springs golf course, we installed a putting green in the backyard. This breathtaking mansion took twelve months across design and construction and both our clients and ourselves couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

We loved the fact that Immackulate were a design and building service. The problem that a number of our friends have found when getting their houses designed by architects is that they don’t have intimate knowledge of what things cost, so working to a budget is problematic. Our project was seamless by comparison to them where we gave Immackulate our house budget and they designed to that - it meant there were no crossovers or errors and a process that has traditionally built a reputation of being stressful was carefree and seamless for us.
