Located 200m from the beach and 1.5 kms from Sunshine Coast University Hospital we wanted to make the house adaptable for Air Bnb. This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home has a separate suite on entry for exactly this purpose. Complete with a kitchenette ensuite designer robe and generously sized bedroom the self contained space was designed with comfort of hosting in mind. The house features a statement kitchen complete with a built in bar and coffee machine. A walkthrough from kitchen to laundry for ease of the daily chores. The upstairs features 3 large bedrooms, activity room, bathroom and master suite dreams are made of. The master bathroom was inspire by Japanese spa house washrooms with floor to ceiling tiles and no glass around the shower. We loved the fact that Immackulate were a design and building service.
