Beachside Bellemare Estate
This house built in the Sekisui Beachside Estate had a strict 80 page covenant that we had to design within. The covenant featured hip roofs, split driveways, fully landscaped, 1m eves, limited colours and each house had to fill a certain percentage of the land it stands on. Each design had to be submitted through a multi-layer, stringent approval process. Immackulate became one of the key preferred builders in this estate completing 12 projects due to the quality of design, our craftsmanship and our intimate understanding of the covenant.
