Building a house in Noosa, but living in Sydney at the time, we were initially worried about whether it was feasible, but Mitch, Matt, Ken and their talented team made the process enjoyable and seamless. We loved the fact that Immackulate were a design and building service. The problem that a number of our friends have found when getting their houses designed by architects is that they don’t have intimate knowledge of what things cost, so working to a budget is problematic. Our project was seamless by comparison to them where we gave Immackulate our house budget and they designed to that - it meant there were no crossovers or errors and a process that has traditionally built a reputation of being stressful was carefree and seamless for us.

As first time new home builders in our 60s we were very nervous about the whole process. We need not have been concerned at all. Matt and Mitch gave us all the help and reassurance we required and it was an absolute pleasure to have them build our home. Their passion and enthusiasm was legendary and the time they spent with us on both the big decisions and the little ones made the house construction a remarkably positive experience for us both
