Creating a home of your dreams with a simplified process
The first step.
The first step is designed specifically to get to know you, understand your desired living trends and what you would like to achieve out of your new home. In this phase we delve deep into understanding how you like to spend your time so we can create a stunning piece of work that is in equal parts functional yet head-turning. We discuss all aspects from desired timeframes to creative concepts and everything in between.

When you meet with us, there are various topics we will go over in order to supply you with the best possible outcome. Here are a few questions we will be discussing with you:

How many bedrooms, bathrooms, garage spaces you’d like

Design
We design pieces of art for you to live in. Timeless art, that your grandchildren’s children will be proud to look at.
Budget
At Immackulate we are 100% guided by you. We work to your desired budget throughout the process and will guide you in each direction at any point where budget variations may occur. It is absolutely pivotal to be transparent where you would like us to guide your design budget to, to ensure that we deliver you a product in the most efficient and timely manner. We see it as our duty of care and utmost priority, to get you into your house in a timely manner and in order to do so, It’s imperative that we design to a combination of your budget and your expectations. In order to achieve this, it is our commitment to you that we will be transparent throughout the process. We appreciate your honest and realistic expectations so that we can ensure we are exceeding them at every point.
Quote Presentation
At this stage of the process we get the thrill of presenting your house design. We revise your brief and budget and talk you through the intricate details and reasons for our decision in design elements, and we cover the following:
- We present your house design
- Estimated house quote
- Extended moodboard by our interior designers based on your initial inspiration
- We offer tangible ways to reduce costs on your house
- Each quote includes a ‘shopping budget’ for selections
- Ensure you are comfortable and are clear on what to expect next
In each quote presentation we offer ways for you to consider reducing your costs – regardless of where the quote sits within your budget we always endeavour to offer you ways for you to save money.
Selections
Each quote presentation includes a generous selections shopping budget. The things you need to select prior to commencing construction are tiles, paint colours, timber, tapware, basins and bathtubs, door handles and cupboards. We present your shopping budget for each selection item in your quote prior to contract signing. We have a team of full-time interior designers that can guide you along the way to ensure you stick within the generously allocated selections budget.

Delivery
Under construction: Watch your creativity come to life
The handover
Once every aspect of your design is signed off, it’s time to meet your construction team. You will meet your account estimator, construction supervisor, construction administrative assistant and head of accounts so that you can put faces to the names over email and phone for the duration of the construction process. At this point we thoroughly handover every aspect of your planned construction including your project, expected dates for progress draws, tentative site inspection dates as well as what to expect moving forward. Because so much time has been spent finalising the intricate details in the lead up to construction, we pride ourselves on allowing you to be able to put your feet up and enjoy watching your home being built in a stress free and efficient manner.
There are six stages in the process and at the commencement of each you will meet on site with your Construction Manager to chat through the progress and what happens next.
