About this design
There are two floor plan options for IS003, both very similar with a few minor changes. Both are designed to fit perfectly onto a narrow block of land; these four bedroom, two bathroom + media room designs have our clients covered. With open plan kitchen, dining, living and entertainment areas, this home celebrates ample living space for f entertaining loved ones. The laundry tucked away from all the bedrooms ensures a good night's sleep will never be a problem. Three bedrooms near the entrance to the home complete with a second activity area is ideal for families with children of any age. An extended porch and a long hallway entry, add to the beautifully secure home. The small differences in the two options of the floor plans are that option B includes a roller door on the two bay garage facing inwards which is designed to accommodate a third small car, boat, camper or jetski for those who love adventure. Floor plan B has a daybed in the main living area. Both floor plans are 271 sqm in size and are perfectly designed for a 460m or larger block of land. This house and floor plan are ideally suited for a block of land where the driveway and entrance of the home is South facing.
