About this design
HS002 is one size larger than HS001 and is similarly inspired by Japanese architecture. This 347 sqm four bedroom 3 bathroom home is perfect for a large family or someone who wants ample space within their home. The home features two patios on opposite sides of the entertainment spaces which gives a level of continuity and balance throughout. The first patio defined by glass stacker doors flows through to the dining and living rooms and then on to the second patio with the kitchen placed perpendicular to both the dining and living rooms. This allows for a significant amount of seasonal decorative freedom meaning you could switch each space according to the season you’re in. The large scullery has you covered for hiding any post entertainment mess and features a walk through entrance to the laundry that is nice and tucked away from any living areas. Downstairs also features a media room and separate guest suite with walk in robe and guest bathroom. Upstairs boasts an enormous master suite - a bedroom with enough space for multiple sofas and flows onto a 7.3m x 2 m balcony. The rumpus room on the second entertainment balcony upstairs creates the expansive feeling our designers were wanting to create with this home. Bedrooms two and three upstairs share a combined bathroom with extra space for linen storage. This home is stunningly unique and impressive from every angle. This facade and floor plan are ideally suited for a block of land where the driveway and entrance of the home is North facing.
